More about the construction process
First, I will evaluate the area where the shed is going. For best results, the shed should be at least 2 feet from any walls or fences (except the small Scottsdale shed which is good for sitting up against fences/walls). This not only helps the construction process, but allows the shed to be painted, and allows you to clean behind/around it if needed.

Once a good spot is picked, the foundation will be set up. I will set and level concrete blocks on the ground. Then comes a solid foundation of 2x6 pressure treated wood decking.
​
From there, the shed is built from the ground up. I always carry trash bags and a broom and the area will be left as clean or cleaner than when I came.
